Polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is a copolymerization product of carboxylic acid and brittle graft, which is developed by combining the latest technology of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer at home and abroad. The product can be produced at room temperature, and the production process is simple and environmentally friendly. The product does not contain chloride ion, has the characteristics of high water reduction rate, low content, slump retention ability is good, strong adaptability, according to the requirements of the project preparation of different performance of concrete ten, can be applied to thousands of road, railway and other key projects, can also be applied to the production of commercial concrete mixing station.

Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer is a ready-to-use liquid superplasticizer that immensely improves the overall water-reducing performance when compared with superplasticizers based on existing polycarboxylic systems.

Usage

1)  Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for high water reducing is suitable for long-distance transported pumping concrete, high fluidity concrete, self-leveling concrete, plain concrete, free vibration self-compacting concrete, and high strength concrete, etc.

2)  Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer for high water reducing can be widely used in hydraulic projects, electric power, ports, railways, bridges, roads, and other various projects.

 Use recommendations :

When used alone or combined with other varieties of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent (mother liquor), the mixture amount of folding-solid should be 0.05%~0.25% of the cementing material, and then added into the mixer with water after proportional dilution. If necessary, appropriate amount of entraining, defoamer, retarding and other components can be added to adjust the relevant properties.

Packaging and storage :

Packing: 200kg/BBL, 1ton/BBL or according to customer's request.

Storage:

1, This product is a liquid packaged with plastic drum, 230 kg/drum, or 1000 Liter / IBC tank. Available in bulk according to customer’s requirements.

2, This product is non-toxic or non-flammable. Keep in dry place and away from direct sunlight.
3, polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a minimum shelf life of 12 months provided it is stored or under cover.
